Test
I've tested the correct design spec for M3 heatset inserts, if you design a hole, it needs to be 4.2mm in diameter and 4.2mm deep to get a perfect fit.

So if you add a clearance hole in Onshape of a M3 socket screw, it will create a hole that is 3.2mm in diameter, that once printed is still too tight, so I added updated it to 3.4mm.
